Returns Policy

RETURNS POLICY

You have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the goods.

Only undamaged items that do not show any signs of use, stains, visible fingerprints or similar can be returned. The items must be packed at least as securely and sturdily as you received them.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us by using this contact form of your decision to withdraw from this contract. If you make use of this option, we will immediately send you a confirmation (e.g. by e-mail) about the receipt and further procedure of such a revocation.

If your return is accepted, you will receive instructions from us on how and where to send your package. Items returned to us without prior request will not be accepted.

To comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient for you to send the notice of exercise of the right of withdrawal before the expiry of the withdrawal period.

Consequences of the revocation
If you withdraw from this contract, we must refund all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from the fact that you have chosen a type of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), without delay and at the latest within fourteen days of the day on which we received notification of your withdrawal from this contract. For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged for this repayment. We may refuse repayment until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earlier.

You must return or hand over the goods to us at the address given to you without delay and in any case no later than fourteen days from the day on which you notify us of the cancellation of this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the expiry of the period of fourteen days.

You shall bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

Damage and problems
Please check your order on receipt and contact us immediately if the item is faulty or damaged or if you have received the wrong item so that we can assess and rectify the problem. You will only have to pay for any loss of value of the goods if this loss of value is due to your handling the goods in a way that is not necessary to check the condition, properties and functioning of the goods.

European Union 14 day cancellation period
If the item is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days without giving any reason. As described above, only undamaged items that do not show signs of use, stains, visible fingerprints or similar can be returned. Items must be in their original packaging or at least as securely and sturdily packaged as you received them. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

Refund
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know whether or not the refund has been authorised. If so, the refund will be automatically transferred to your original payment method within 14 working days. Please remember that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and send the refund.

If more than 15 working days have passed since we authorised your return, please contact us.
